Villa Tulua is a private villa in Nueva Andalucia, Marbella, Spain. This website describes the villa and lets visitors send a booking request. You can reach us at hello@villatulua.com. Tourist rental registration (Andalucia): VUT/MA/971923. The owner's personal details are available on request at that address.

The villa is professionally operated by Kay Management Marbella, S.L., CIF B75725887, Oasis Business Centre, Autop. del Mediterráneo, km 176, Oficina 9, 29602 Marbella, Málaga. Kay Management Marbella prepares rental agreements, processes bookings and cancellations, and collects rental payments for stays at the villa, including bookings made directly through this site. You can reach Kay Management Marbella at info@kay-mgmt.com.

When you send a booking request through this site, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, your message, and the stay details you select (dates and number of guests). This information is sent by email to the people who manage bookings for the villa, so they can respond to your request.

We do not ask visitors to create an account, and we never collect payment card details through this website. Payment for a confirmed stay is arranged separately, with Kay Management Marbella, the company that manages the villa.

If your arrival URL contains a Google click identifier (gclid, wbraid or gbraid) or UTM campaign parameters, the site stores those values and the original landing page for the current browser session. If you accept optional cookies, the same record is also kept in your browser's local storage for up to 30 days, since a booking decision for the villa often happens days after the ad click, not in the same visit. If you choose Necessary only, this local storage copy is removed. If you send an enquiry, they are included in the internal enquiry email so the booking team can understand which campaign produced the request.

Spanish law (Real Decreto 933/2021) requires every guest staying at the villa to provide identification details: full name, ID or passport number, nationality, date of birth and contact details. Kay Management Marbella collects this information and submits it to the Spanish authorities through the official traveller registration platform, as the law requires. This data is kept for three years, as set out in the same regulation.

Kay Management Marbella handles guest personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation and uses it only for purposes related to your stay.

With your consent, this site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use it, for example which pages are viewed and how visitors arrive at the site. Before you accept, or if you choose Necessary only, Google runs with analytics and advertising storage denied. It may send cookieless measurement signals, but it cannot read or write Google Analytics or advertising cookies. Advertising personalisation remains disabled even if you accept measurement cookies. This site also uses Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless analytics service that counts page views in aggregate. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors, so it runs at all times, regardless of your cookie choice.

Booking request messages are kept as ordinary business correspondence, so we can refer back to a conversation with a guest. We do not keep this information for longer than is reasonably needed to handle your request and any resulting stay.

Campaign attribution in session storage normally disappears when you close the browser tab or session. If you accepted optional cookies, the local storage copy is kept for up to 30 days and is then removed automatically; choosing Necessary only removes it immediately. If you submit an enquiry, the copy included in the internal email is kept with that booking correspondence.

Booking request details, including any campaign attribution described above, are shared with Kay Management Marbella, the company that manages bookings for the villa, so they can respond to your request. This site is hosted on Vercel; if you are visiting from the European Union, Vercel processes data under its own data processing agreement. Emails sent from the booking form are delivered through Resend, an email delivery service. Neither Vercel nor Resend uses your information for their own purposes.

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation, including the right to ask what information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to object to how it is used. We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
