Villa Tulua is a private villa in Nueva Andalucia, Marbella, Spain. This website describes the villa and lets visitors send a booking request. You can reach us at hello@displace.agency. Tourist rental registration (Andalucia): VUT/MA/97192. Full operator details, including the owner's legal identity and tax ID, are available on request at that address.

When you send a booking request through this site, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, your message, and the stay details you select (dates and number of guests). This information is sent by email to the people who manage bookings for the villa, so they can respond to your request.

We do not ask visitors to create an account, and we never collect payment card details through this website. Payment for a confirmed stay is arranged separately, directly with the people who manage the villa.

With your consent, this site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use it, for example which pages are viewed and how visitors arrive at the site. Google Analytics only starts after you accept cookies in the banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, or before you make a choice, Google Analytics does not load. This site also uses Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless analytics service that counts page views in aggregate. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors, so it runs at all times, regardless of your cookie choice.

Booking request messages are kept as ordinary business correspondence, so we can refer back to a conversation with a guest. We do not keep this information for longer than is reasonably needed to handle your request and any resulting stay.

Booking request details are shared with the team that manages bookings for the villa, so they can respond to your request. This site is hosted on Vercel; if you are visiting from the European Union, Vercel processes data under its own data processing agreement. Emails sent from the booking form are delivered through Resend, an email delivery service. Neither Vercel nor Resend uses your information for their own purposes.

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation, including the right to ask what information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to object to how it is used.
