The main living room (72 m²) opens onto an open kitchen and dining area (28 m²) and a further dining space (21 m²), all flowing out to the pool terrace and its 20 m² pool with a counter-current swim-jet system. A bedroom (21 m²) and bathroom complete this level.

Bookings are handled by Kay Management Marbella, the villa's property manager, and follow a moderate cancellation policy. You get a full refund if you cancel up to 5 days before check-in. After that, and until check-in, 50% of every night except the first is refunded; the first night is not refunded.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
The villa is kept smoke-free indoors and pet-free. It hosts stays rather than parties or events, and nights stay quiet from 10 PM to 8 AM.
Yes. Villa Tulua welcomes children and infants. The villa spans three levels connected by stairs, so it may not suit guests with reduced mobility. The pool opens straight onto the garden, so little ones need an adult close by.
Yes. Private parking is available in front of the villa, under a carport. A car is recommended for exploring the coast, and the villa has easy access to Malaga Airport via the AP-7 motorway.
Yes. A baby cot with linens, a high chair, a workspace setup and beach accessories can be arranged in advance, for an extra fee.
The villa is walled and gated, on a quiet cul-de-sac rather than a through road, and the carport sits inside the gate so cars are parked and unloaded within the walls. The house has an alarm system and an in-room safe. The lower apartment has its own entrance, so staff or a driver can stay without passing through the main house.
